Do I need a reservation? Can I come without one?
Our salon operates strictly by reservation. Walk-in visits are not accepted, so please make an appointment in advance.
How can I make a reservation?

We accept reservations via Facebook Messenger.
Please send us your preferred date through Messenger so we can confirm availability.
Please note that a Facebook account is required to make a reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation? Will there be a cancellation fee?
We kindly ask clients to avoid cancellations whenever possible. However, if unavoidable, the following cancellation policy applies:
Up to 7 days before the appointment: 0%
6 to 2 days before the appointment: 30%
1 day before or on the same day: 50%
Can I change the menu after booking?
We regret to inform you that changes to the selected menu cannot be accepted once the reservation has been confirmed.
Services
Do you accept male customers?
We welcome male customers only when accompanied by a female guest as a couple or spouse. We do not accept visits from male customers on their own.
Can I receive treatment during pregnancy?
For safety reasons, we do not provide treatments to clients who are pregnant.
What should I wear? Is clothing provided?
There is no specific dress code. Disposable shorts are provided for treatments, so please feel comfortable.
Is the treatment painful? Can the pressure be adjusted?
The pressure can be adjusted according to your preference. Please feel free to let us know what feels comfortable for you.
Payment & Fees
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept cash only.
Are taxes included in the prices?
Yes, all displayed prices are inclusive of tax.
Can I extend the session?
Unfortunately, extensions are not available.
Access & Facilities
Is parking available?
We do not have a private parking lot, but there are coin-operated parking facilities nearby.
How far are you from the nearest station?
We are approximately a 6-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from Fujisawa Station.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is not available at the salon.
Safety & Hygiene
What qualifications or experience do the therapists have?
Our therapist holds a Lymphatic Care Therapist certification and has been providing treatments since 2022.
How do you maintain hygiene?
We regularly ventilate the salon and thoroughly disinfect equipment, beds, and hands with alcohol-based sanitizers.
What if I have allergies to aroma or massage oils?
For your safety, treatments are not provided to clients with known allergies to oils or aromatherapy products.
